"I was a Delegate for Legislative District 8 at the Arizona GOP Convention that occurred 5/12/12. While there I witnessed ethics violations, intimidation, assaults, voter fraud, ballot stuffing and much more. I spent the entire day live broadcasting the convention My Ustream Channel and have gathered all the video evidence I can find to back up my claims. I am writing this post because I believe it is very important this information gets out to the public. I have been reading and have seen with my own eyes that as the convention process progresses, the GOP is becoming more and more Orwellian in order to combat the people that are exposing what is going on. It is just going to get worse as this progresses unless someone holds them accountable for their actions. They are already saying that at the Michigan convention bags will be searched and anyone that "is disruptive" will be immediately ejected. Something needs to be done NOW or it will be too late.

In this first video (2 parts) a CLEAR violation or Roberts Rules of Order is shown in the way that the convention was shut down. At this point it was 8:50 pm and the convention was supposed to be over at 6pm. Karen Johnson had previously been voted on as committeewoman earlier in the evening, the ballots were tallied and she had "won". Because she did not have the required 51% though a runoff vote was required. The chairman tried to have us do a proxy vote by email but that motion was shut down by the mass majority. The chairman then tried to say that a Quorum could not be established (to vote again) because there were not enough people left on the floor (most all of the Romney delegates had left at this point). Their excuse for shutting down will be two fold. They will say that a quorum was not there. But it is against the rules to call for a re-establishment of a quorum while there is business in progress. They then shut down the convention anyway by bringing a motion from the floor to end the convention by Randy Pullmun (A former AZ GOP Chair). According to Article III section 17 a privileged motion is required to adjourn a meeting while any business is still in progress. This includes among other things a 2/3 majority vote from the floor. This did not occur. The chairman immediately struck his gavel regardless of the fact that near 95% screamed no.

At this point the phoenix metro PD was brought in to kick everyone out of the venue and we were forced to continue in the parking lot.

This next video contains some very serious allegations of Major Fraud regarding Ballot stuffing. A good majority of Romney delegates had left at this point. The district chairs for their legislative districts are accused of getting their full share of ballots for their districts even though they had many missing seats. These ballots were then filled out by people for the ones who had left. There are witnesses that saw people putting multiple ballots in the boxes. I also saw people turning in multiple ballots but I had assumed this was being done for the disabled people in the crowd.

The other videos I have included are not mine but are very relevant as well. This next one shows a romney supporter assaulting a ron paul supporter. He was one of the delegates that had his name asterisked at the top identifying him as a "romney approved delegate" They had to reprint the ballots because there were asterisks next to people like his names with a note at the bottom explaining that they were romney endorsed delegates. The GOP claims that this was a service offered to both candidates but the Ron Paul campaign turned this service down. The reprint just removed the asterisks but left their names at the top of the ballot out of alphabetical order.

Here are just some other relevant video you might find interesting. Also not mine.

As I write this, the ballots for the main "At Large" delegates have not been counted. Supposedly there is a chain of custody established and they will be counted today. I am not confident at this point that the GOP can be trusted to honor the true results. Even if they do, the ballot stuffing allegations need to be addressed. The fact that the runoff vote never occurred needs to be addressed. And finally the illegal adjournment needs to be addressed and might invalidate the entire convention requiring a complete re-vote process.

Please share these videos with everyone you can. There could have been around 100 people filming at the convention and it is likely that someone out there has video proof of the alleged ballot stuffing and might not even know it."

NOTE: This was posted 6 days ago, but didn't see it here and I think it is nice to have this documented in one place here!

Saw several witnesses said the vote scanners at convention were "mis" programmed and gave wrong results, and when everyone realized it because there was no way the Ron Paul supporter got that few votes, they recounted and discovered the complete error.

I saw several different witnesses post the same thing on here and daily paul for different races. This establishes cheating at the convention right at the outset, and needs to be included if someone wants to relink those threads or repost. It's a clear example of miscounting.
