Normally in az it is a 30 percent of the credentialed delegate body that has to be present to hold a quorum. At the AZ GOP Convention at 8pm-9pm when Chairman Morrissy was calling "no quorum" he not only broke rules listed in this official AZ GOP Convention rule sheet he didn't have a roll call made. Roll call for number of delegates present to know the percentage we had for a quorum. We definitely had above 20 percent of the delegates still there to hold a quorum.
Rule No.5 -A
"All votes on non-elective matters shall be by voice vote, unless a roll call is requested by a minimum of 20 percent of credentialed delegates,or a standing vote is required by any delegate. In any event the Chairman may call without request for a roll call or standing vote."

Obviously Chairman Morrissy broke numerous rules when adjourning the meeting against the will of what seemed to be well over 20 percent of the credentialed delegate body present.Chairman Morrissy said there was no quorum at least 3 times before coming back out an hour later to adjourn the meeting without a 2/3rd majority vote and most of all without a roll call to see what the percentage of delegate body was still present.

Its grotesque to say the least what these gop "officials" are doing in Az.
