The ACLU is SCUM but when it comes to the NDAA and giving the President of the United States the power to take citizens into Club Gitmo without DUE PROCESS. I agree with the ACLU 100% THIS TIME:
President Obama has said he will VETO this NEW NDAA Bill called the Smith-Amash Amendment which would stop the indefinite detention provision of this NDAA bill.

NDAA Gives the power to the President of the United States the power of indefinite detention, in other words KIDNAP THEM and take them to Club Gitmo without DUE PROCESS and hold them indefinitely. NDAA will not even let your friends of family know you have been taken to CLUB GITMO, anyone for any reason can be considered a threat to America even someone who is upset about are borders not being secured of someone who is PRO LIFE. Don't let South Carolina Senator and John McCain's best friend Lindsey Graham FOOL YOU.
President Obama has basically said he wants to keep the indefinite detention a US Citizen in this NDAA bill and HE WILL VETO THIS BILL if any of the NDAA language is changed. It to me is very scary when Senator Lindsey Graham and President Obama agree on something this horrible like the NDAA bill.
Please I urge you to call Congress at 2022243121 and tell them to vote YES to the Smith Amish NDAA bill.
Remember the Smith-Amash provision which would stop indefinite detention is being voted on tomorrow
