I just got done reading the whole thing. It's beautiful and would restore this country back to greatness. I'm sure the democrats in the Sentate will say it's equivalent to complete anarchy though.

Rand's budget failed 16-83. It's an improvement from the 7 votes he received on his last budget.

Rand voted against Pat Toomey's and Paul Ryan's budgets. Only 3 other Republicans voted against Paul Ryan's budget (Dean Heller, Scott Brown and Olympia Snowe).
