It is too late. They all left have left. The counting of delegate ballots is still going on inside, and there are cops all over the place.

Who is watching the counting? Shucks..there is no campaign presence in AZ, is there? This is ALL grassroots, right?

Almost every state is 100% Grassroots.

Who is watching the counting?

There is reportedly at least one Ron Paul-friendly person in the counting room.

Like someone said earlier, the campaign should send down a lawyer and a parliamentarian for the state conventions at least, if not for the important CD conventions. The least they can do.

From the Ustream "red shirt woman", it would appear as if AT LEAST 1 RP friendly is in the "dark room" where ballots are being counted.

vote counting reportedly still underway in the AZ GOP convention after police called in to shut down meeting #azgop #ronpaul2012

Police officers cannot arrest people that are doing legitimate voting business or transporting votes from the polls to the central location. I believe this is the case in California, at least.

They cannot barge in there and stop the counting or anything like that. Check the local laws.

Maine was official campaign.

Note the word almost. Most states get very little response from the campaign.

sure, I was just putting up a data point. If the campaign is paying people to phone bank, they should think about putting someone on these conventions. There should be someone in charge, doing things Maine-style. Send Eric on the road? Send Tweed? We would want to have our person in charge, and our person in charge should know what to do. The guy in AZ standing on the RV in the parking lot did not seem to know what to do, unless there really wasn't anything that could've been done.

Oklahoma had nothing to do with what occurred in Az. Most of us were too busy to pay attention to Ok.

All day a few of us were following our chairmen as they took the boxes of ballots to the machine in the back room. We watched vigilantly and did not move for hours...the process was a mess. We stood there for hours watching and at the very very end of the night a Ron Paul campaign worker was watching the last ballots being counted and put into the machine. There was observation all day, trust me.

Was there a good or bad outcome? A hell of a lot better than 2008..I'd say that we shocked the establishment a bit today in the way we were organized and more aware of the floor rules.
