Clearly that venue was for the media to push him as the oil driller, so freaking lame.

4,000>400. It is his lack of supporters that is the news.

Tight shots tell the real story ... Pulling back would reveal what we already know.

LMAO ... He needs to at least use the Obama play book and bus in Union workers from all over the country, pay them for the day to cheer and look happy.

He had 500 in Lansing, MI, where his Daddy was once governor. LOL. This is pathetic.

One of his campaign managers was in no position to ridicule Obama of a small crowd lol, out of all people WE should be the ones to point out who wins by crowd size.

On a freaking farm? Seriously?

The extent of Romney's farm experience has involved his daddy's field, harvesting equipment, and a bunch of mexicans who can use said equipment on said field.

Seriously, has this guy ever done real manual labor a day in his life?

VIDEO: Romney Loses Cool When Questioned About Marijuana, Gay Marriage
http://denver.cbslocal.com/2012/05/10/romney-loses-cool-when-questioned-about-marijuana-gay-marriage/

@ 1:45 it starts....

FORT LUPTON, Colo. (CBS4) — A CBS4 reporter got under the skin of presumptive Republican nominee Mitt Romney after asking him about gay marriage and medical marijuana.

CBS4’s Shaun Boyd spoke with Romney Wednesday during his campaign stop at Fort Lupton to talk about what he called Obama’s failed energy policies.

When Boyd started asking Romney questions about gay marriage and the legalization of marijuana, Romney turned testy.

“Aren’t there issues of significance you would like to talk about?” Romney said. “The economy? The growth of jobs? The need to put people back to work? The challenges of Iran. We’ve got enormous issues we face, but you want to talk about medical marijuana.”

Romney ended up answering the question, saying that marijuana is a gateway drug and he would oppose the legalization of it.

Romney laughed it off at the end, though, telling Boyd that she “finally” got around to asking him about jobs.

“I’m not running on marriage and marijuana,” Romney said after the interview was over. “Those are state issues, right?”

What irks me the most is the three media vans with 30 foot telescoping cameras.

We've had dozens of rallies with between 2,000 to 7,000 people. Where were the vans?!!!

This type of media bias is just plain scary.

Tight shots tell the real story ... Pulling back would reveal what we already know.

I believe the media portrayed the crowd in the best light possible by not panning out . Maybe they included cows and chickens in their audience count.

Remember this one?

http://blogs.e-rockford.com/applesauce/files/2012/02/RomneyRallyDetroit2-12-e1330103805222.jpg

Forty-two years ago, when I was working full-time on a U.S. Senate campaign, I learned this fundamental political lesson: Always make sure the venue you’re renting is too small for the crowd you’re expecting.

A political event in a jam-packed space seems more exciting than one in which there’s plenty of room. A space that’s too big makes the crowd look too small. It creates the impression that the candidate lacks an enthusiastic following. It’s akin to the sound of one hand clapping.

I learned this lesson the hard way in the summer of 1970 when I booked a campaign event for U.S. Senate candidate Adlai Stevenson III in a ballroom that was much too large.

You’d think that the people running Mitt Romney’s presidential would be smarter than to make the same mistake I did. But you’d be wrong — very, very wrong – as the photo above attests. The Mittster should fire the person or persons responsible for this blunder.

Carlos Osorio/AP - Mitt Romney’s lunchtime speech was delivered from the 30-yard line before 1,200 suited-up business leaders in folding chairs, in a stadium that usually holds 65,000.
