For a question where the federal government does not have the power (abortion, education, ect) Paul should take out a copy of the constitution, look at it, then say, that is not in here.

I would love it if he could call Rudy on the constitution. Rudy fashions himself as a strict constructionist. It would be great to refute one of his key positions with the Constitution.

yeah, he totally should!

maybe for any one of those things like warrentless wiretapping or spying, he should.
that would probably work best.

I like that idea. Now, if theyd only ask him questions!

They'd just say something stupid that most people would accept like "General welfare" or "that's outdated." I'd much prefer to see Ron whip out his babymaker and smack Giuliani across the face with it hard enough to leave a welt.

Yeah... I'm getting tired of CNN et. al leading Ron with "So... you really want to get rid of the IRS? You really want to promote a bloody civil war in Iraq?"

How about a real question moderators!

Jack Cafferty would be the perfect moderator for this debate.

I think he needs to pass out constitutions to all of them while he is talking about it.

Oh that'd be amazing. Not necessarily because he'd throw RP softballs, but that he'd actually hold the other candidates accountable.
