Just found this on Tom Woods' blog: http://www.tomwoods.com/blog/talking-economics-education-peter-schiff-and-more/

It's an interview of Woods by the head of Mises Canada.

At the 2:00 mark, he describes how RonPaulForums.com is responsible for him becoming the go-to guy when the Peter Schiff Show needs a guest host.

He says, "I need to acknowledge this on the air" - and that he'll be hosting the Peter Schiff Show all this week & next ...

So - RPFs might be getting a shout-out from Tom Woods on the Schiff Show soon!

Nice!

Tom Woods is awesome - one of my favorite figures in the liberty movement.

Used to be a big Peter Schiff fan, but after meeting him here in Boston at Feneuil Hall, he was kinda a dbag (still can't deny how effective he is at debating, how he knows his shit, has brass balls, writes great books, etc though).

Yeah, I used to be a huge fan of his too (obvious right?). I still like him but I cant listen to him as much as I use to. Kind of redundant in some of his assertions. And you can tell he is dbag, which is fine because we need dbags on our team too. Only a dbag would go into the middle of OWS with a sign saying "Im the 1%, lets talk" lol

I heard this a lot. How bad can he be? Like he won't talk to you? That wouldn't really turn me off him tho. Anyways do tell :).

Yeah! He comes across cocky in person. Hate him or love him, he knows his stuff & he has been instrumental in educating many about the flawed paradigm of keynesian economics.

And I agree with the previous poster. Who else would go into an occupy wallstreet with a "I'm the 1%" sign? Only a D-Bag Extraordinaire! Bloody Brilliant. Love the guy.

It's hard to switch back and forth between having a thick skin (needed for some interviews) and being vulnerable/accessible. Try talking to him about something he's not geared up for (lawn care, his dogs, whatever). He's probably just a bit reactive.
