The Washington Times wrote an editorial about Fred Thompson and National Right to Life. They are surprised by the endorsement.

This will cause a rift with the grassroots and the main organization.

Ron Paul can appeal to the many alternate pro life groups that are out there.

Think about who made that endorsement. It was for political reasons. It had nothing to do with Fred Thompson being the best candidate for their cause.
