Just got word of this...

I'd love to go but IDK if I should miss work and drive four hours there and four hours back just to see an hour long event...?

I've been dying to go to an event with Dr. Paul though since it's been four years since the last one I attended and I'm unfortunately not going to be able to make it to UofH tonight. :(

I think this is awesome. I don't get the hate for Cruz though. He is on the right side of just about everything. No to Sopa, NDAA, and the TSA. Plus, I don't want Dewhurst as our Senator, so Cruz is our only shot.

Tossing it around with my gf. I just saw him in Austin on Thursday. She couldnt go because she was out of town on business. This will be an awesome event!!! Saturday is my gf's birthday, so we are thinking about rolling down there on Saturday for birthday festivities on 6th Street and then going to the rally after recovering. :D

Just remember that Dewhurst is the low-life scum wad that single handedly killed the Anti-TSA bill a year ago. And before that he tried to muscle through a "wage tax" - a state income tax to be paid directly by employers. He's so tax and spend that he makes George W. Bush look thrifty. And as an added bonus, he's so full of himself that David Dewhurst could personally fertilize all the wheat fields in Texas with his own manure.
