Another bill being voted on this morn. What was eye opening was the expressions of someone sitting behind Rep Ben Lipinski(sp?) D-IL (Chicago) that was similar to incredulous on his every word until she got a text message and then looked in the camera and shook her head "no". She looked like she was wearing a visitor badge, yet was on the floor... This bill has apparently been shot down before - it's supposedly a R&D and educational funding bill to enhance capabilities. There has got to be some atrocious stuff in it. His segment was between 9:15 and 9:30am whenever they get that online. House coverage, right after 1 min speeches.
Anyone know what trojan horses are in HR 2096?
