Where is Basil for 2012?

What happened to that guy Basil Marceaux? Before Ron Paul... I thought he was the pinnacle of the liberty movement. What sold me on Basil back then was how he'd never accept campaign contributions and rather lose.. and how politicians just buy their seat in office.

Honestly, I think Basil would be better than Romney or Obama in many ways.
