If there exists an Agenda 21, then are there others?

Basically, Agenda 20 was the progressive era taking over after the Panic of 1907 and was not clearly written or defined as counterfeiters were only stealing pennies at a time at that time. Federal Reserve's Elastic Money Agenda (http://www.minneapolisfed.org/publications_papers/pub_display.cfm?id=3815). Agenda 19 started out as a liberty agenda with Thomas Jefferson as President but was abruptly halted by warmongering counterfeiters in 1861 (http://moneyfactory.gov/historytimeline.html). Agenda 18 was liberty agenda but with great challenges to sustaining life itself all over the world.

The 21st century agenda is clearly defined by the United Nations and evidenced by huge multi-story housing projects to centralize people in cities and make them dependent on central planners. It is a direct attack on individual liberty by central governments to corral the people and force feed them fluoride, genetically modified food, processed food that contains metals, prison/medical/military-industrial complexes through public indoctrination schooling and continuing indoctrination programing through TV and entertainment systems. No. I believe the "21" is referring to the 21st century, so there were no preceding agendas.
