On January 3, 2012 Iowa held the Iowa Caucus in 1774 precinct locations throughout the state. And these are the results:
Rick Santorum 29,839 24.56%
Mitt Romney 29,805 24.53%
Ron Paul 26,036 21.43%
Newt Gingrich 16,163 13.30%
Rick Perry 12,557 10.33%
Michele Bachmann 6,046 4.98%
Jon Huntsman 739 0.61%

At each of these precincts, everyone still in attendance after the presidential poll (many people just leave at this point), nominated and elected delegates to represent their respective precinct at their county convention to be held on March 10.
On March 10, at the county conventions delegates were nominated and elected to move on to the district and state convention to represent their county. Currently in Iowa, if you are elected as a delegate to your district convention you will also be going to the state convention.
There is no single source of information that I can find about how well Paul did in each of Iowa's 99 counties. Nor would I post it. I can say with a fair amount of certainty that Paul did atleast as well as the Iowa caucus. In Jefferson county we got 100% of the delegates and all but one alternate.
On April 21, the district conventions were held. No delegates were selected. However, each of Iowa's 4 congressional districts elected 4 people each to the State Central Committee. This is the guiding/controlling body of the Republican Party of Iowa. Two persons from each district were also elected to the State Nominating Cmte., Rules Cmte., Credentials Cmte., and 4 persons to the State Platform Cmte.

All committees pertain to the upcoming state convention held on June 16 except State Central Committee which is a two year term. The district conventions then recessed until June 15th, the night before the state convention.
On June 15, the district conventions will reconvene. The main items of business will be the election of 3 National Delegates and 1 presidential elector per district for a total of 12 National Delegates. Attendance to the reconvening is typically very low.
On June 16, the Nominating cmte. will propose a slate of 13 delegates and 13 alternates. This slate will be accepted or rejected. If rejected then nominations from the floor will take place. Three more delegate slots automatically go to the state’s RNC officials, RPI chairman, A.J. Spiker, National Committeeman Steve Scheffler and Committeewoman Kim Lehman. Spiker was the vice-chair for Paul’s campaign. Three presidential electors and the National Committeeman and Committeewoman are also elected.
As of now, no national delegates have been chosen in Iowa. Iowa is not won yet by any candidate.
