If this means obama is not eligible for re-election, does this mean the GOP nominee will be automatic president?

The claim was never made that the document was a forgery.

Simply that the online document is inadmissible as evidence, because you can't make the claim that a physical document is fake based on a digital document. So even if they are able to prove the online document is fake, it doesn't mean anything.

I can't believe I wasted time on this BS, but if you watch/listen to the proceedings starting around the 27:45 minute mark, and you are capable of understanding what they are saying, you will see that the issue of authenticity for the internet document is never addressed. Lawyer for the defense was saying that an image posted to the internet is not germane to the legal case because it was not a document submitted to the Secretary of State to support the eligibility certification.
