When you were not looking the AP slowly updated their GOP delegate projections.

On April 12th, the AP's delegate projections were: Romney 666, Santorum 282, Gingrich 136, Paul 52. It seemed the AP had Paul stuck on 51 delegates for the last two months until April 12th, when Paul appeared to gain 1 delegate in Ohio.

On April 17th, as of 4:00 pm CT, the AP's delegate projections were: Romney 685, Santorum 275, Gingrich 136, Paul 63.

Between April 12th and 17th the changes in delegates were: Romney +19, Paul +11, Santorum -7, Gingrich 0.

In the last 24 hours, the AP updated CO to reflect that Paul has a total of "just" 3 delegates (we know there are more than that), and a updated total in MN to "just" 9 delegates (thegreenpapers.com shows at least 10, with more conventions occurring in MN on Apr. 21st). Santorum "lost" 5 delegates overnight in MN with the updated results and currently has 28 delegates in MN. Romney picked up 1 delegate in PA, for a total of 2 delegates prior to the Pennsylvania primary in eight days.

The two in PA may be the superdelegates. You know they are establishment hacks through and through. Party machinery. P.I.G.S.

AP has been wrong about delegates from the very beginning of the campaign. They have done an utter diservice to the process and to journalism with their misleading information.

MN alone is going to move Paul to almost 100 soon.
