I posted this in Grassroots Central but I think another post here would help.

This is probably more relevant to students on college campuses. From my experience attending the UCLA Ron Paul event, not only are MANY students not registered to vote, they don't know how to do it or when the deadline is to register.

Monday, April 23, is the deadline to register to vote in Kentucky.

You MUST be a registered Republican to vote in the May 22 Republican primary.

It is too late for registered voters to change parties but people can still register to vote and register Republican if they are registering for the first time in Kentucky.

Check your voter status online here (https://cdcbp.ky.gov/VICWeb/index.jsp).

You can find the voter registration form here (http://elect.ky.gov/SiteCollectionDocuments/Register%20to%20Vote/Kentucky%20Voter%20Registration%20Card.pdf).

The voter registration form must be postmarked with a date of April 23 or earlier or hand delivered to your County Clerk (locations here (http://elect.ky.gov/contactcountyclerks/Pages/default.aspx)) by end of business on April 23.
