Vote Montana and spread the link. I know it's an odd state and Ron almost won the caucus in 2008. Primary numbers won't be as good, but definitely vote Montana.

no, I don't want them polling anywhere Ron has a chance. We do better under the radar.

He needs money and he needs momentum. A positive poll in his favor would help to generate both. Right now we're virtually dead in the water and being completely blacked out.

Both points are valid so I guess you have to take the good with the bad. I can't imagine Mitt not knowing the numbers.

You are assuming the poll would be a plus. What if it isn't? What if we are in a period where people are deciding where to go and a bad poll would push them away? I say wait until after we have some good headlines. In any event, that is why I'm not voting for Montana.

PPP will refuse to show Ron winning in Montana. Which he is. I'm up here right now, Ron has ten times as many signs as Romney.

I picked NM (currently 2nd) to see what kind of impact Gary Johnson would have on that race. Much better than showng our cards in MT IMHO...

Says the person who joined the forums today and has one post?
If you take the time to read this forum's backlogs, you'll see that this is the same tired bullshit every single person says before every single primary/caucus. Guess how much it reflects our numbers: Not at all.

If people aren't already "leaving" due to the fact that we have yet to win the popular vote in any state and the entire mainstream media is acting like it's a foregone conclusion for the past month that Romney is a lock for the nomination, I doubt they are going to be dropping off because of one more bad result in another PPP poll.

That's a bit harsh.
You know how it was. You join this movement and your hopes are up and then you realize how much of a lemming everyone is who doesn't vote for Ron Paul.
Welcome new people, especially the optimistic ones. When the optimism subsides, they become hardened veterans who know they won't win, but they'll go down fighting even if it means that is all they earn: the right to go down fighting.
When May 20th rolls around, I'll be marching into the Georgia GOP state convention to get slaughtered again. I wear my defeat like a badge of honor.
95% of the republicans in my state have not earned the right to claim the title of "an irate, tireless minority." They have no idea what it feels like to stand up against insurmountable odds and get nothing more out of the ordeal than a few new drinking buddies.
We have.
MODS:
SCOTUSmanRETURNS was banned already?
I request an appeal on his behalf. We can't be so quick to assume that every new poster is a troll, or we will never grow.
EDIT: Ban has been explained.

Signs do not matter.
When you knock on likely voters doors, or phone survey them, what % commit to voting for Ron Paul?

Agreed. I just voted Montana.

Why the hell was that guy banned? People can't be optimistic around here anymore?

I didn't ban him but it was the return of someone banned. I don't know what they had just done.
I personally am not looking forward to wearing a loss as a badge of honor or otherwise, I say we should fight to win. If we lose, we went down fighting.

Ah then, that's understandable.

Don't come to Georgia, then, 'cause that's about all the GOP here will give you if they find out you support Ron Paul. :(
A very big 'however':
I'm getting tons of praise from people outside the GOP who admire what we're trying to do.
The GOP is becoming the big bully in the eyes of spectators. If only I could find out how to get them out of the bleachers and onto the playing field.
