Gary Moore raised the most money in the first three months of the year of the nine candidates for the Fourth Congressional District seat.
Boone County Judge-executive Moore raised $238,000 January through March 31, according to the Federal Election Commission reports that were due Sunday.
Lewis County Judge-executive Thomas Massie came in second with $233,000, but $80,000 of that came from a personal loan from Massie himself.
State Rep. Alecia Webb-Edgington, R-Fort Wright, raised the third highest amount at $116,000.
