Can someone please answer this question? (Sore Loser Laws)

Please forget all 3rd party run discussion. I am simply curious the answer to this question. Feel free to close the thread once it's been answered. If Ron accepted an LP nomination would he still be able to be on the ballot in all 50 states? Or would sore loser laws forbid this from happening? Or are sore loser laws only relevant to (I) independent candidates?

It doesn't apply to presidential elections to my understanding. And by my understanding, I mean Wikipedia. LOL

No time. While sore loser laws do not apply to presidential candidates, they get around that by cutting off the ballot access almost as soon as the 2 major parties announce their candidates.
