First I'll show you an example of what one person did to let one of Glenn Becks advertisers know how she feels about being called a terrorist. Also, I have provided a list of Glenn Becks advertisers so that we can all do the same thing. We are an internet powerhouse people. Let's flex our muscles and make sure the Glenn can feel it. We need to inform Glenn's advertisers on how his actions are making them look bad.

"I noticed one of the sponsors is TD Ameritrade. They are my brokerage house so I decided to give them a phone call. I was greeted by a very nice lady. I identified myself and she recognized my account. I expressed to her that I very much enjoy TD Ameritrade's service. I told her I have been a TD Ameritrade since 1999 and I very much appreciated TD Ameritrade's services and thought them to be a very good company. I explained to her that even though I am a small time investor and do not have a large balance that I felt TD Ameritrade treated me with respect and I really appreciated that. I also told her that I was calling because Mr. Beck from the Glen Beck show had made some very un-true and incorrect statements about supporters of our next President of the United States, Dr. Ron Paul. Mr. Beck said that Ron Paul supportes were terrorists! She was shocked at the comment. I told her that I am an American and love the country very much. I love the USA so much that I would die for them. Mr. Stephen Dupont risked his life as a Marine of the United States of America to defend this country. He surely is not a terrorist. Thrid, I explained to her Ron Paul supporters love their country and are Americans and are not terrorists. She completely agreed and said her husband was a disabled veteran. She said she made notes of everything I said and she also said they review the notes every single day and that they would review my comments and do something about it. I thanked her and blessed her and her husband. I feel really good that I could get my say in and maybe they will not advertise anymore on the Glen Beck show. I also could forgive Mr. Beck if he realized his comments were a little ridiculous and he apologized and also said the statement was a mistake and he should not have said it. Maybe if he really takes a look at Dr. Paul's positions he might realize that they make some sense. Keep campaigning my fellow brothers and sisters!"

Professional, respectful, and an excellent example of how to handle a situation like this. Well done I say.

I agree with you OP (look at my signature) but there are like a million threads on this already!

Today I heard Beck say his people have recently been in touch with the Paul campaign about doing his show. Beck said that his people were "begging the campaign for an appearance". Glenn also said that he wanted Ron on for more than just four minutes, because he didn't think it would give Ron enough time to explain his stances fully.

We need a centralized way to coordinate this. I'm working on a centralized coordination system for emails sent and printed by papers, which will launch soon. Maybe after that I'll work on something similar for advertisers.

I was against this, but if it is handled this professionally, Glenn might not be on the air by the time that he gets an interview.

Let's face it, his show would have been great pre 11/5, but in a post 11/5 world, he's way down the list of Dr. Paul's high grade media opportunities. :)

I think he should take him up on his offer. An hour segment is more than fair, and his audience is far reaching, although some here deny that is true.

When I lived in Indy, one of me very best friends hisband was a high ranking executive at Lilly.
I emailed her at home, and when I hear back from her I'm going to ask her to put the proverbial bug in his ear.

I agree.. Beck very well may have lost his window.. Ron Pauls gotta give more attention to people like David letterman, Howard Stern, 60 minutes, another Jay Leno appearance, SNL, etc.

If Beck apologized (which I'm sure he wouldn't) I think he'd at least gain some credibility back. If he doesn't it's his loss.
