Phil Moffett and Ryan Hogan... will prove to be a winning combination! FWIW, even though he didn't win statewide, Phil Moffett won this congressional district 46% to 41% in his Republican gubernatorial primary. This is Phil Moffett country.

The courts ruled the redistricting unconstitutional, and when the districts reverted to the old districts, Phil was no longer in the district in which he filed.

Oh well, hopefully he'll be serving in some type of public office in the near future. In the meantime hopefully he'll be a big asset in your campaign.
