My guess is it is first come first serve. Otherwise, he would have seperatly priced tickets. Let me know what you hear. Wanna get there as early as possible!

It's considered a donation under FEC rules, so I'd say SOL to anyone maxed out. However, I'd think there's ways around that. Have someone else reserve the spot and hand you the ticket at the door?

Somewhat. I think it would only be illegal if the person receiving the ticket paid for the ticket. If someone said, gee I'd really love lunch with RP but I'm maxed out. Their significant other bought the ticket as a birthday present with no expectation of being repaid. That's not illegal. It's the intent to get around the maximum contribution laws by using someone else that's illegal.

I corresponded with the Campaign and confirmed the seating at Wednesdays Fundraiser is open seating, 8-10 per table.

I'll do what I can to be close to the Podium. Can't wait!!!

You know that's illegal, right? It's no different then you buying a RP T-Shirt or yard sign and giving it to a friend. or asking a friend to buy a bumper sticker for you, or giving away any campaign gear at all. Defiantly not illegal.
