I know this isn't the best place for this but it is the most seen forum.

I do not have information that we need delegates in Iowa, BUT seeing that Iowa has unbound, elected delegates. WE DO NEED THEM.

If you are from Iowa Please PM me about this, our process is relatively simple but has lots of hoops to jump through.

Thank you for your time.

Read this page first! Follow up with questions to Iowa HQ, they may have an email backlog, so call if you can.

I've read the page but I haven't had a chance to call, I work two jobs so E-mail is much more effective for me. The next time I'll have a chance to call will be Friday.

What is this thread about? I'm from Iowa, but I sure believe you can just go to the caucus, get nominated and become a delegate if you get voted in. The trick, it seems, is to get nominated (and seconded?). What am I missing?

Situtation? Not a ton of traction, but I think more than the polls would indicate. I see more and more signs around, and the turnout is respectable at events. I'd like to see more and better TV ads, but the radio is reasonably well covered.

Iowa may not be the most fertile ground unfortunately. I'm afraid the two biggest groups are blue collar/union/farmer democrats and religious conservatives. I'd think the latter really should like Paul, but Huckabee must be siphoning them away. They may well come back once they learn where he stands on taxes and immigration.

We do have a huge Paul sleeper cell in my workplace though. ;)

Hopefully Romney will come out with ads highlighting huckabees stances.
