Have all MeetUp Organizers been notified of the need for all their MeetUp members to sign-up to become delegates across the country?
Philly MU-972 is on this from this forum, but how about all the other MeetUps nationwide?
Is there not someone who has the email adresses for all the MeetUp organizers nationwide?
This needs to be done ASAP if it already has not been done, and I don't think it has since only one of the several MeetUps I belong to has brought up delegates.

Yeah, we need to get on this LIKE CRAZY. We need to make sure what happened in Illinois does not happen again.

Different states have different rules. The issues in Illinois are because of the rules for delegates in that state.

Just give it to me and I will notify them about the delegate situation. Send me a PM, but we need to get on this.

I don't believe there is a complete list.
You COULD start by hitting the largest 25 in the country (that's all that meetup allows per month)
then you could begin using the individual message boards here:

Also, everyone reading who belongs to a MeetUp (I hope everyone) please contact your MeetUp Organizer about emailing his/her MU Members about the need to become delegates if it has already not been done.

Ugh, this is very important, the problem is with a misunderstanding about how the delegate process works. The rules vary greatly from state to state. Telling everyone to become a delegate does not help at all because what you end up with is everyone asking "How?" and nobody knowing the correct answer. If the campaign has assigned a state co-ordinator to your state, please use them to determine the process in your state. I'm certain the meetup organizers have been informed by the campaign, I know I was.
Again, this is a very important issue, but make sure you go about it the right way, not like chickens with your heads cut off. The problem in Illinois largely involves getting the necessary signatures.

Hey Andy, do you have any state specific info for PA? No one has a clue up here, and we're hitting a wall with the local GOP.
Spread it exponentially. When you contact a MeetUp organizer, have him contact 10 more MeetUp organizers. Give him/her a list. And so on and so forth.
