Does anyone have a link to data on the quantity of typical Republican Primary voters? (for a non imcumbent year)

I found local precinct by precinct information on my counties website, for berrien county MI in 2006 (non presidential obviously) we had an average of 14% highest precinct was 27% lowest was 4%.

In the last two primaries, Tennessee had about 12% of registered voters turn out to vote.

I live in a wealthy retirement community and we have one of the highest voter turnouts at 86 percent last election. However, we are bit of an exception. I think its much lower in most places.
