Just gotta figure out how to get them to actually VOTE.

It is really embarrassing for the youth of this country especially since many campuses have polling places on campus. It is pretty much easier for college students to vote than anyone else. Caucuses may be one thing but they have absolutely no excuse with primaries where it is as easy as walking to the dining hall. (Hell...at my campus it WAS the dining hall. So pretty much the closest building to the dorms.)

WE have to do the work to get them there.

Thousands of college students enthusiastically gathered on the UW-Madison campus Thursday; not for a concert or festival, but to listen to a 76-year-old grandfather lecture them on the need to maintain a budget.

I'm just imagining the faces of the old guard if they saw these students show up to local GOP meetings en masse. Priceless!

Unfortunately, UW-Madison has spring break next week during the primary. Hopefully the people there turn out nonetheless.

dang. That happened in Maine, in Iowa....in New Hampshire only half of the schools were back in session....

I think they don't LIKE students voting....

Keep in mind that a lot of students may be registered in their home town or are not registered at all. That's why I believe every one of these events should have an ample supply of voter registration forms AND absentee ballots. (takes care of the spring breakers as well).

On a positive note, it's only a matter of time. :p

Are we going to have a Ron Paul then?

I guess so -- if we grow our own...
