Does anyone know what is the difference between "FUTURES" and "FUTURES FAIR VALUE" numbers on this CNBC link?

When I compared, "FUTURES FAIR VALUE" seem to coincide with actual Dow, Nasdaq levels.

Fair value is equal to the current spot price plus time value of money minus loss dividends and distributions because you own the futures, and not the equity.
