The primary is a beauty contest and delegates are elected directly on the ballot, similar to Illinois.

There are 19 At Large delegates and 9 Congressional District delegates.

Only 3 At Large and 2 Congressional District delegates filed as committed to Santorum.

We have forum members here who are on the ballot as delegates. Not for Santorum, of course.

And he has delegate problems in PA, and isn't on the ballot in DC....

I have a feeling Santorum's popularity isn't going to last until August. You simply can't hide all that crazy for 6 -7 months straight.

The entire GOP here loves him. They are gung-ho about "fixing" America's moral issues as him. Very committed, religious, crazy people. Every day he seems to be getting more popular, not less.

who cares?

I'm not concerned about Santorum getting delegates, I'm concerned about Romney getting delegates. Santorum is not going to get to 1144....Romney can get there, he has a very good chance at it. If Paul doesn't get delegates, I want Santorum or Gingrich to get them.
