View Full Version : Recommended pro-liberty syndicated radio host to replace Rush?

There is a drive by local liberals to get rid of Rush. I have no problem with that, in fact support it, but would like to stealthily insert a syndicated pro-liberty (pro-Ron Paul) radio host. Any recommendations and contact info I can pass on to the morning host and management?
Not looking for a 'shock-jock' just reasoned radio........

Jerry Doyle.

He is in the top 15 radio hosts in the US in terms of listeners and endorsed Ron. He's great.

Thanks checking him out now to see if he would be a good fit.

He regularly calls out Rush.

If your station wants to distance itself from Rush, I can't think of a better pick.

Mike Church is good too.

Jason Lewis is another good one, he used to even fill-in for Rush from time to time before he got nationally syndicated himself.

Agreed. He's a smart man.

Best choice I could think of would be Free Talk Live. They're nationally syndicated and have some serious libertarian street cred to boot.

Seriously, this type of radio must grow over the next 4 years. I have made a commitment to do just that.

Since Rush owns the noon-3pm spot, most likely any replacement would have to air live during that time slot. I'm a big FTL pusher but I doubt a 7-10 show will cut it. I'm also a fan of Doyle and Lewis, but again, they have evening shows. Will say that I listened a little to ^Mr. Chambers yesterday and he does a pretty smooth show.

I wish you luck.

Peter Schiff

Need more people to call their talk-radio station of choice and request Schiff.

Is this anything significant? I just saw this yesterday and didn't know if it was legit or what?

dream on. there's plenty of hosts on competing stations they'd hire in place of Rush before that

Good suggestions.

I'd like to see it broken up a little, rather than having one voice.

And another great liberty talker is Charles Goyette.

Good stuff all. Thanks for the input. Rush runs 12 to 3pm eastern so I was looking for that time slot. Will research some more. Already looks like the moveon.org petitition will be hitting its goal. LOL. Just gotta get the right person in that spot.

Hate to disagree with kathy88 - but I'm going with her first choice Mike Church. We need to keep Ben Swann in journalism,
as he is the last remaining journalist on the air.
