Honestly, from the plain wording of it, that order looks as though it would allow him to do absolutely anything without Congress.

Yeah, I want the exact section highlighted too. I don't doubt the president's corruption, but there's too much fearmongering with this bill to take seriously.

If he can already legally kill you without any oversight or due process; what makes you think he needs some silly order to do absolutely anything else without congress? He could kill all the congressman if he wanted to, legally.

Face it, all of us (congress included) live and breath at the sole discretion of our king.
