Again, how does Huckabee not have a name recognition problem? He's got no money, unlike Paul, yet, he still is polling 8% nationally:confused:

They are only polling "likely republican voters"..

Remember, the republican base has shrunk DRAMATICALLY because of the neocons, and more people are identifying themselves as independents. These are going overwhelmingly for Paul, but are not counted in the polls.

Uses the 'church-net' like we use the internet I imagine. If a few big churches decide to 'get the word out' on something like this, they are quite capable.

My 2 cents.

The MSM has been much nicer to Huckabee from the beginning, we just started getting some fair attention

I remeber watching whole day of Fox where all tehy'd do is talk about Mike stood out, and how "interesting" a thompson candidacy would be. Why was I watching... I have no idea.

Huckabee going up in the polls is good for us, caus ehe's not taking out people, he's taking Giulianis/Romenys votes

but I still disagree with him enough that I'd be voting else where if he wins.

COnsidering the vast disparity of good PR between him and RP, It's kinda sad he's only polling 8%

yep, I'll probably vote libertarian and if that candidate sucks I won't vote.

Though I could see myself voting for Obama is I really had no other choice.

I will do one of four things IF Ron Paul doesn't get through the primaries:

1. vote for the democrat
2. vote Libertarian
3. Write in Ron Paul
4. do nothing

He supports anything as long as its not the federal Income Tax

Right, he said he would sign it if it came across his desk, but would rather ELIMINATE than SHIFT the taxes. The FairTax plan is ok, I just hate the whole pre-bate thing, feels antithetical (is that a word) to its stated goal.

Also, HOW IN THE WORLD can you NOT write in RON PAUL if he doesn't get the nomination?

I'll probably write-in Ron Paul or hope he goes third party. But I really think he has a chance to get the Repub. nomination. If nothing else, hopefully someone like Richardson, Biden, or Dodd gets the Dem nom.

Why would you support the fairtax?

Nothing too "fair" about the fairtax . . . .
