It's likely Ed Rendell, ex-governor of PA. He was fingered by Madam Kristin Davis a few years back. Or are they talking about an active governor?

I was thinking Chris Christie, and could be the reason he did not seek the nomination.
but could be NJ, PA or CT; could be former I suppose.

I bet ninety cents on an ex Gov. My basis for this is , I think it would not have been mentioned if it was a current Gov, I picked the ninety cents , as a random number , based on the price I once paid for a Beam & Coke to go along with a filet mignon ( very good ) that I had in West Germany somewhere around mid 1980's .

It's gone up in price since then. Yeah , such is life , my life ins has gone up $19 a quarter over where it was fourteen years ago .Gas was about $1 in the states when I bought tha ninety cent drink. :)
