Coming soon to a community near you. "This is what a police state looks like." It sure is.

If you find any updates please post them. I would like to know the justification that warranted a search and detainment.

I'm going to guess that a neighbor thought they smelled somebody smoking pot in there. Naturally, the only response to that would be a full-scale multi department/bureau raid that shut down that entire part of the neighborhood. I hope I'm exaggerating.

Maybe the cops just have non-uniform officers at all of their protests and events so that they know everything they are doing and thinking about doing. My bet would be they do or they at least have an informant in the group.

Now they understand. Too bad they will not be voting.

What's the big deal??? I always throw paper in 'rock paper scissors' and I get destroyed by rock every time, and it's never a big deal, so why is this constitution paper thingy so important to people??????? If they want to mutilate and destroy some paper then that's okay.. right? .....

Justification my ass. I want to see a Judge issued Warrant. Every law abiding citizen on the scene should have DEMANDED the same.

NUMBER 4

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures,
SHALL NOT BE VIOLATED,
and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by OATH or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

"Are you a Muslim?" ... "Do you love this country?"

"I said hell no, I don't love this country, and it's because of shit like this (http://www.inthesetimes.com/uprising/entry/12903/occupy_miami_raided_swat_team_draws_weapons_on_chi ldren/),”

Occupiers need their local militia on speed dial:

Excuse me officer do you have a WARRANT to arrest these people?
A WARRANT to search their belongings?
NO?
Then you're in the wrong,
you're trespassing,
and you need to take this opportunity to get on your way peacefully
unless you'd like to be REMOVED.

I'm surprised they didn't shoot the little dog running around
