Does anyone know which one it was and how many copies were distributed? That's another record that could be broken.

Let's donate the extra $1 or $2 to the campaign instead of buying a newspaper with our own ad. Its thousands of extra dollars.

^^ Not if you then hand it out to a non-RP person at an event or just walking the streets.

if we did break the record or buy enough of those to get press it would be worth money in PR

He will decide he supports strengthening McCain-Feingold-Thompson to crack down in Independent Expenditures.

You can buy a paper, just for your own self. But I wouldn't buy hundreds of them, just to break the record. The record is probably hundreds of thousands of more papers than the average circulation.

If you guys want to make sure you don't take a paper that a non RP person would see, wait till night time that Sunday...when the sun goes down and nobody buys papers...then clean out the stand...and drop them off around town the next day with the page turned to the RP add. Leave them in waiting rooms, in restaurants, wherever. Don't let them go to waste. ;)

I am going to have the ad framed and placed in my office.

Look, the more papers we buy the more the USA today will be thrilled that it printed that ad. I think we should call them and ask them if we can buy it directly from them. Show them what happens when you do good things for a Ron Paul supporter.

Now, of course not everyone should do this, but if a few hundred of us call the paper and ask for that issue because it has that ad in it, they might give us a break on advertising costs next time. We have to show them that running a Ron Paul ad boosts circulation!
