Chuck Norris has called Ron Paul "one of the more honest men in Congress" but never officially endorsed him. He is a Christian conservative and I'm surprised he didn't endorse Santorum. He endorsed Huckabee in 2008 I believe. If anyone thinks that Chuck Norris should be taken seriously when it comes to who he thinks should be President I direct you to these clips:
