Well Ron didn't really win, so...

His combined delegate votes won though.

But he did win the popular vote which is what ALL the other states report as a "win"... unless Paul wins, then they count just the delegates.

That's combined delegate votes. I read in another thread that only 64 people voted. It's not actually popular vote because there was no popular vote.
