I'm from Britain, so I'm still getting to grips with the American system. Is it true that if Paul gets the majority of delegates in a state they can vote to change the state rules to make the contest unbound?

In some states. I am not the expert on this here and follow along as best I can but that is the strategy and it appears to have quite the consequences as far as collecting delegates is concerned. At first it seems unfair but when you examine the process it is those most interested in politics and issues that stick around for the delegate process. It is a kind of failsafe for when the populace is voting for someone who is popular but may not have the chops or to keep out someone like Dr Paul..except we flipped it on its head..
