Today, Friday, is the deadline to file as a candidate for Precinct Committeeman in Idaho.
If you are a registered Republican in Idaho, please file as a candidate for Precinct Committeeman (PC). PCs are voting members of each County GOP, which allow them to elect each County GOP's leadership (Chairman, Vice Chairman, etc.). We already have three County GOP Chairmen endorse Ron Paul and we can expand on this.
All you need to do is go to your County Clerk by the end of today and ask to file as a candidate for Precinct Committeeman. They will help you fill out this form: http://www.kcgov.us/elections/cdownloads/Precinct%20Committeeman%20Declaration.pdf
Find your County Clerk here: http://www.idahovotes.gov/Clerk.htm
Once you file, you will be a candidate on the May 15 primary. If no one else runs in your precinct, you win by default (this is what happens in most cases).
IF you miss today's deadline, you can still file as a candidate, but you will have to file as a write-in candidate. I can give instructions for this after today.
