He just tweeted:

"Reality Check: You've been hearing a lot of "official" delegate counts over the last 24 hours, the truth behind those numbers tonight at 10."

Here's the link. It's up:

Spectacular!

I added this comment:

Hey Ben, guess who led the Texas Delegation in support of Ronald Reagan at that convention? A freshman Congressman named Ron Paul, who had been one of only four congressmen to endorse Reagan. Great show tonight!

according to the truth Romney can only possible have 244 Bound delegates and Ron Paul could Currently have 200+ delegates !

IT IS ALL ABOUT DELEGATES AND WE CAN I REPEAT

CAN WIN THIS !!!!!!!!

....and I also sent him this tweet:

thanks! @Fox19BenSwann Did u no Ron Paul led TX delegation supporting Reagan in 76 convo? If u had youtube channel we cd embed-just saying.

edit, and this is why Benton mentioned Texas and California. Texas and California were the only two states Reagan had picked up - otherwise he only had unbound delegates. Unfortunately, as Gov of Ca Reagan had an edge, plus it was winner take all then. But Ron can get deletes in Ca. We have our work to do, that's for sure.

Which requires little/no money from the campaign. They have spent millions/wasted millions on attack ads, with little results...the key here is for grassroots to stay involved, and hope for a political miracle.

1st step is educating all ron paul supporters fully on the Truth about the delegate process and
2nd Making this video go viral so to stop the MSM frontrunner bandwagon effect.

Fact 1 historically voter turnout for primary is 20 or much less in some states

fact 2 . 10% or less of the 20% or less that understand and get involved in the delegate process.

what is the Voter participation in relation to RP supporters?

we out number then and have a majority hands down!!!

our supporters arent getting to the precinct meetings and delegate elections, they are voting in the general vote and don't understand or where to go from there IMO

I saw this 1st hand as i got elected a delegate in 08!

I thought Florida got penalized for moving up their primary & had half their delegates taken away?

Yes they did. FL is supposed to have 100 delegates. They are punished to only have 50.

According to that report Ron Paul has 3 from NH, 5 from NV, and 3 from Virginia (11 total). He then gets some of the 11 delegates from the proportional states of ND (28% Paul), WA (25%), and VT (26%). Let's round that up and call it 4 which would give him 15 bound delegates in total.

If he may have the majority of 197 unbound delegates, that doesn't get him very close to 200+ delegates unless he picks up nearly 100% of them. Say he picked up 75%, that would give him a total of about 160.

The key is keeping the delegates away from Romney while also amassing a large amount of delegates. Who knows what could happen in a brokered convention, I'd imagine there are a lot of Santorum/Gingrich delegates who do not like Romney which could become an advantage of ours. If not Ron Paul we could probably push a backup of something like a Rand/Demitt type of ticket.
