The Presidency is not the only thing in politics.

Do you have a plan laid out to take over the Senate and keep the house?

I think in the long run this would be as good as if not better than winning the Presidency.

You aren't actually suggesting we support the media construction known as "joe the plumber". right?

No. Just making the point you can still run the show without the Presidency.

Matt,

I am in PA, so the Senate race here is off interest to me. You may want to look at Sam Rohrer there as well. Scargini is a great guy but he doesn't have a prayer - way too big of a state and this is his first time at the dance, no name rec, no money and no time to build what he needs (we vote in like 6 weeks or so). One of my local libertarian connections who is involved in state politics endorsed Rohrer when he ran for Governor and said that he would be like a Flake, or DeMint type, so much closer to our side of things than the party backed candidate, Steve Welch.

And this is from the C4L website from a while back regarding the governor race: "Many libertarian-leaning Republicans attempted to nominate non-establishment candidate for governor, Sam Rohrer, but fell short in the primaries."

BTW thanks for doing this list, I was planning on doing it myself, so you saved me a ton of time.

Noted, thanks!

Its by no means complete but I think I got a lot of the good candidates so far.

the rlc.org site is a mess, but if you comb through the elected officials list and do some googling, you can find that a lot of them are running for a higher office than they currently hold.

Art is a decent guy,and we may have a good chance to unseat DeFazio.Gonna be a tough fight though.DeFazio is well entrenched, and well liked.
He has a page that attacks Art http://whoisartrobinson.defazioforcongress.org/
Pretty funny if you ask me.The video's of Art on that page are music to my ears.
If you can spare a few bucks,please check out Art's page,and donate.http://www.artforcongress.com/
