The Attorney General today tried to justify the President killing Americans that the government hates and fears, without any due process. What would those who fought the Revolution and wrote the Constitution say about that? What do you say? Watch me on Fox News with Shep Smith @ 3:35p ET.

I happened to catch this today on Studio B with Sheppard Smith. Needless to say, the Judge put forth a very RP-friendly position against the Obama administration during this segment. Even more surprising was Sheppard's attitude when discussing it with him. He seemed genuinely disgusted by the way the administration was trampling on the Constitution.

They discussed this topic again during The Fox Report, and while the Judge didn't appear during this segment, they did replay Dr. Paul's clip. During both segments, they mentioned the ACLU's opposition to the administration's arguments. Sheppard again displayed a disapproving tone while reporting on it. ;)

some news anchors have real issues they care about, no matter how corrupt their bosses are. shep probably really doesnt like this stuff, but also because its obama doing it for the most part. a really good reason to attack a democrat.

Sheppard Smith has always been pretty fair to Ron Paul, + he had that slip-up that was posted around here yesterday where he admitted that "The banks own the country". I think he's the least toxic of them Fox News talking heads...

Shep @ 6:07 "...now we dont have to worry about the trial, save a lot of money, just go have the government murder everybody."

Hahahaha, that was nice.

Now if they would only uphold this regard for law when "their" Party is in office. We know that the Judge has slammed both Parties.
