Very good.

Edit Question - Does anybody know how many people usually attend these? 400 people would mean 1,000,000, but that seems like a large attendance.

There was about 100 people at each of the lunch and breakfast fundraisers the campaign held in Phoenix prior to the CNN debate a few weeks ago. The event was sold out though, so they probably could've got more people, they just didn't have enough room I don't think. The breakfast was $250, and the lunch was $350.

There was a similar LA event in the 2008 campaign. Not sure how many attended.
