He does make a few goofs, however. The one that bugs me the most is where he says that only the government is allowed to make money. That's not true. The Constitution only prohibits the states from making money, it doesn't prohibit individuals. There's hundreds of private currencies in operation today here in the U.S. (mine is only one of them).

I agree. The country was much more free before the counterfeiters took over in 1861. Private mints were more honest than government mints.
