I am wondering where I can find primary voting results by precinct. Is this public info?

We're looking for Greene County precinct results for the Missouri Primary (Springfield area). We have a call list for all registered Republican Party and Non Party but we are calling through to do voter ID for our caucus March 17th to do a better effort for GOTV. If we could check the results of our Primary from February 7th and get down to a priority precincts where Paul was polling in higher percentages to make the most effectiveness of our call efforts to start.
