Paul’s visit would make him the only Republican presidential candidate to set foot in Alaska during this campaign cycle.

Mitt Romney’s son Josh visited last week, former Pennsylvania Sen. Rick Santorum has made radio appearances and Former House Speaker Newt Gingrich plans on holding a town hall on energy and natural resource development via telephone in Alaska tomorrow.

Very good news!

I had to LOL @ the fact that gingrich was holding a town hall via telephone....nothing shows your commitment to voters than not even going to their freaking state.

What a joke.

Sweet. A bit too close to the caucus date, but better late than never!

Looks like that article's comment section could use a little support, too.

Will Alaskans be impressed by Gingrich literally 'phoning it in'?

"Delegate hunter" indeed! This is awesome. Alaska was a state we got Ron Paul delegates to the RNC in 2008.

Next up, Puerto Rico and other delegate-rich areas but not a lot of focus!

I LOVE Alaska, and everything Ice and Snow!

As soon as Ron Paul is president, I'm getting the hell out of Canada before Harper messes it up even more, and getting my ass straight to there!

Alaska should be a great state for Ron. He should really spend money and time on it.

Awesome. He can't get there before Sunday because he has to be in Washington until Saturday.

WooHoo! Great news. Spend a few days in Alaska and it could be ours. Shoot, at the rate these rallies are going, he'll have half the state's population at each rally.
