The Tea Party movement is well known for wanting to shrink the size of government and decrease government spending because of the ballooning deficit.

Ron Paul was trying to kill the IRS long before the IRS was trying to kill the Tea Party. One more reason to vote for Ron Paul.
Also, considering the IRS is trying to kill the Tea Party....that's a bit foreboding. After all, the original Tea Party was a tax protest, and tax collectors were tarred and feathered during many similar protests of the day. The fact that the tax collectors are picking a fight with the tea parties now is somewhat ironic.

That is just downright scary. Imagine the IRS, as big and foreboding as it is, getting bigger and even more encompassing. I hate to say it, but the turning point may be here. The power in the world is shifting. We may be witnessing the rapid expansion of power to ridiculous proportions. The things we only dreamed of will be coming true soon. I hate to sound like a loony, but most of us know it's going to happen eventually.

Times come full circle in a weird way :p
now hopefully this helps wake some of the tea party types up so they can come back to their Ron Paul roots and get this nomination process moving even better ;) :)

wasnt there some report of DHS or some agency bringing out a report where they told their agents to be wary of "anti-govt and anti-tax" extremists.
this is just the start.

it's not ironic, it's karma... these "Tea Party" groups became a mockery of what they started as
