Our deadline to file to be delegates was Feb 10th. I did my own recruiting - but if the campaign had used known supporters to rally the troops - we'd be in like Flynn. :( Such a bummer.

In other words, am I going to have to install another browser? I was tinking about Firefox anyhow but I'm not touching the other two with a ten foot pole. If that's the case then it's recommended to install the browser prior to registration, I guess?

For best performance yes it does mean having one of those browsers installed.
I personally use and recommend Firefox, being in computer security information and personal privacy matter do me and Firefox does a great job providing features/add-ons to keep your information secure while browsing.

The tech specs are relevant because of the use of the internet to feed you the information you'll be using to make calls and to record the information that needs to be sent to the Official Campaign.
