I have been for a while on this forum (and in contact with others via www) and I am noticing more and more that people in US are not exposed to informations (same informations) that people outside of US are. For example cover of Time magazine is same for all world with 1 exception. US got his own "special cover". That "special cover" is... well lets say a bit "softer" than international ones. and it got me questioning How many informations are kept away/ignored/not reported/censored in US and how to discover?
I want to heve some idea of have little "test" for people who live in US:
I want to know how many of you knows about United States of America subsidizing Brazils cotton farmers? (http://www.npr.org/blogs/money/2011/01/26/130917279/the-friday-podcast-cotton-wars)
