Hundreds of Ron Paul Supporters Occupy Cal. GOP Convention (http://reason.com/blog/2012/02/25/hundreds-of-ron-paul-supporters-occupy-c)

The cloud of dread and hopelessness (http://reason.com/blog/2012/02/24/scent-of-death-gingrich-at-california-go) that has hung over the California Republican Party convention was blown away at noon today as Republican Ron Paul supporters stormed the Hyatt in Burlingame and raised the atrium with cheers of wild enthusiasm.
[]
Rick Williams, a West Hollywood candidate for Diane Feinstein’s Senate seat, led chants of “End the Fed” and “Nobody But Paul,” [], which was quickly dispersed by police and hotel security.
[]
Although the regular conventioneers accused the Paul supporters of being outsiders, most of the ones I spoke with were registered Republicans and in some cases active party members.

Anyone at the event?

According to these attendees, they were not "dispersed" by police nor security: http://www.ronpaulforums.com/showthread.php?363289-Hundreds-of-Ron-Paul-Supporters-Occupy-Cal.-GOP-Convention/page4&p=4218394#post4218394

Precisely. Did not happen.

In fact, our ability to flaunt our presence was amazing. There was no opposition apart from one or two people with a snide attitude.
